Shipping and Return Policy
MarleneSevArt pays to pack, insure and ship all original artwork and editions to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact us for acquisitions, at which time we can discuss shipping and pricing). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive. For those collectors who live in the Southern California area, large artwork can be hand-delivered. Our insurance requires your signature confirming the receipt of your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.

Return Policy - Original Paintings
At MarleneSevArt, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Before purchasing a large painting, you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit. If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact our studio and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that it was received, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Policy for Fine Art Prints
Each Fine Art Print is ordered and paid for upon receiving your order and payment. It is printed specifically just for you. Therefore, Fine Art Prints are non-refundable.
Damaged in Transit
Every precaution is taken to assure that your artwork will arrive in pristine condition. The larger paintings will be packed in a strongbox specifically designed to protect each piece. The Fine Art Prints will be shipped insulated and protected by several layers to insure it arrives intact. If you notice any damage upon receiving your artwork, please take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening and call us immediately at (951) 565-1569.
